Our big black rescue cat often shows his claws...this dark roast blend is for him! Blended for its deep body and ability to take cream and sugar, but also a perfect coffee to drink black. This blend is based on seasonal harvests. All coffees are produced with sustainable farming methods as a priority. Enjoy! meow

Colombian and Ethiopian blend

Colombua: Pitalito is the second most populous municipality in Huila, Colombia. The climate is humid, and temperatures usually range between 18-21ºC throughout the year except during May, June, and July, when the temperature dips to 12-14ºC.

All the coffees were sourced from small, family-owned farms ranging in altitudes from 1,500-1,800masl.

Ethiopia: At the Dogo Sodu station, sorted beans undergo 48–72 hours of fermentation to loosen the mucilage, followed by washing in fresh water channels. Afterward, the parchment is dried on raised beds for approximately two weeks, with frequent raking to ensure even drying. The washed method emphasizes clarity, brightness, and a clean cup profile—highlighting the terroir-driven flavors that Guji is famous for.
